Athletic Health Memberships

Our athletic health memberships for youth athletes is the perfect addition to your sports program. We come along side your coaches, athletes and parents to help with injury prevention, education, and immediate beginning phase of rehabilitation. This membership is for local athletes as well as athletes who do not live near our clinic. We can come along side your athletes, parents and coaches to give education on injury prevention, as well as guidance for the initial phase of recovery. 

The athletic health membership does not replace or substitute any insurance plan or current provider. It is designed to fill the gap that exists in care between an athlete on the field and the health care providers in the office. Through a mobile app, we are able to be available for immediate and specific guidance on injury care. The membership is a way to centralize communication regarding injury prevention and rehabilitation in your team or across your youth sports organization. 

HOW DOES THE MEMBERSHIP WORK?

• Once you are registered, you will fill out some intake paperwork so we can get a history of your athlete and get all the permissions to treat filled out.
• During the lifetime of the membership you will have direct access to our sports physical therapists via messaging. For issues that can be resolved via direct message or telehealth we can help guide your athlete in that manner
• For Full Membership individuals we can also set an appointment to come in for a hands-on evaluation and treatment in our clinic in Huntington Beach, CA.
• Each member gets 2 weeks of treatment per injury for the life of the membership. This means, there is no cap on the total number of visits. We will help guide you through any injury that arises. 
• If more visits are needed, you can either use your insurance or continue with a discounted self-pay rate offered to our Athletic Health members.
• Your athlete also gets education through our online course Thriving Athlete 101. This is a 6 lesson course with video and assignments to teach youth the foundations of athletic health and performance.
