We’ve got your covered! Let’s get you started
We are In-Network with most PPO insurances. That means that you can use your in-network benefits. Isn’t that great! However, if you have an HMO or an insurance we are not In-Network with, don’t worry! We can still help you get out of pain and back to doing what you love. We have self pay options and sometimes you can use your Out-Of-Network benefits from your insurance plan.
The insurance plans we are currently In-Network with are: Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Healthnet.
Are appointments usually last 1 hour. Your first visit will consist of an evaluation by our physical therapist as well as start to treatment.
Yes we do! Our current rates are $175 for initial evaluations and $125 for follow up visits.
